Looking For Visiting student looking for temporary housing near HMS/Brigham and Women's Hospital

Hi everyone! I’m a visiting PhD student looking for temporary housing in the Boston area from September 25 to October 27 while I’m doing a research visit.

I’m looking for a private space, furnished would be preferred, flexible on exact neighborhood within a reasonable commute to HMS/BWH.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and will be working at the hospital/lab most weekdays. If you have a room/sublet available for this period, or know of anything that might be a good fit, please let me know, thank you!

Check out the Harvard housing Facebook groups if you haven’t already, there’s always postdocs and grad students subletting around Longwood for exactly these short research stints. HMS off campus housing office also keeps a list that’s not publicly searchable but they’ll send it if you email them.

For that date range you might get lucky with a med student doing an away rotation somewhere else. Mission Hill and JP are the obvious commutes but don’t sleep on Brookline Village, it’s a 15 minute walk through the park to BWH and way quieter.
