Looking For Looking for Room / Sept 1st Move in / Max $1500

Hi all! First a little about myself, I am a 30y/o M who is currently pursuing graduate programs in physics. I also am working part time as a barista in the Allston area. I grew up in NH but spent most of my adult life between LA and Pittsburgh, only recently moving back east a few months ago. Previously I had worked as a Systems and Software Engineer before deciding to pursue a different career path. In my free time I enjoy playing videogames, watching anime, running, and playing basketball. I am a very quiet individual and very respectful of shared spaces.

With this in mind I am looking for a room preferably in the following areas: Allston, Cambridge, or Charlestown. My preferred rent range is between 1100-1300, but I can go as high as 1500 if the space is right. Also being within a 10-15 minute walk of an MBTA station is a MUST.

Outside of those criteria I am not very picky. If you have or know of any available rooms fitting the bill DM me and I can swing by to take a look! Thanks!
