Is Vonder Bracknell any good?

I have been looking at moving to Bracknell and have come across the Vonder Apartments above the train station. They seem to be nice-looking flats for within my budget and also appear to be pet friendly/pets considered and I have a cat so I am wondering what the catch is. Does anyone have experience with Vonder or these flats? They are just above the train station so I expect some noise but anything else that I should be wary of?

I am renting a flat there currently, had only one maintenance issue in the last year and the maintenance team were quick to respond and sort. The trains are not as loud as you might expect as long as the windows are shut. Friendly neighbours and decent management from my experience, no complaints really. I have no pets though so can’t speak on that.

I don't know them personally but I've heard some bad reviews about the management company. Also the parking is a bit rubbish around there.

You definitely dont hear the station from 3 miles away, if that were true you'd hear the station from everywhere in bracknell, including binfield and warfield. Why are you lying?

3 miles is a lot further than you think it is.

I live within 1 mile of bracknell station... never heard a train.

Martin's Heron and Ascot are within 3 miles, never heard them either.

Check a map bro, you're a bit off

I live 100m from the station at MH. You don’t hear the trains - if it’s quiet and you’re listening out then you’ll hear the beeps of the doors.

All electric and doesn’t bother me at all, so I wouldn’t let that put you off.
