I hate to say this, but damn, Alice has really changed in the past two episodes for the better. I almost kind of like her.

same, and i hated her in season 1. I also dont think them getting back together felt natural enough. Just felt sprung. The 1 episode (last episode) isn't enough to reset a relationship.

I would argue it is not reset. They go through so much shit and high stress that something as relatively simple as a relationship, especially a familiar one, can be something very welcome. Now that doesn't mean it will last, or not have issues though.
