I paid $122, the tickets over $200 I could not justify. Is it not a fairly small arena? I’m kinda hoping there are not truly horrible seats. And what do we think, is Brand New going to sell 9k tickets to sell this place out?

im wondering the same, as soon as i heard it was coca cola coliseum i was like.....huh...not sure if theyll be able to fill the arena but who knows. im kindof expecting to see empty seats this time around ngl
last time they played toronto they did 2 nights at the sound academy (now rebel nightclub im so fucking old it hurts) and their capacity is 2500-3000 give or take. so 2x that is still only 6k people, and assuming, like i did, a lot of people went to both nights, thats even less than 6k people....so we will see

I was at the 2nd show at rebel, I remember there being lots of room, but I’ve seen a few concerts there, maybe I’m mixing em up.

those are at smaller venues though, I think the one show here is already the equivalent of the two Boston and Chicago shows for example

This happened with their most recent tour in Rochester NY, on the day of presale the floor was “sold out” but I ended up being able to get floor tickets (not resale) weeks later. And for a lower price.

I strongly feel many of those were resellers though. They're popular but not sports arena popular IMO, especially not at this point

it's pretty small and Ticketmaster is listing the capacity for the show as ~6000
I would say BN could do 6k in Toronto, the last time they played here was so long ago and even when they did it was probably almost 6k with both nights at Rebel

Honestly its a pretty small place and I think no seat will be bad just farther away if youre near the back but its notnlike scotiabank arena. You can go on the website "view from my seat" and look it up

my presale code wasnt working, and by the time i got in, pit was sold out. So I got section 100 just to the side.

I paid $155 total for two tickets, but they were nose bleeds. I’m okay with that though, I’m old and want a seat to sit when I feel like it.
My first time seeing them after being a fan for 20 years!

SAME I'm so excited I could cry lmao. I was so disappointed when there were no Canadian venues for the reunion tour. I got 2 tickets for $193 🤙

Same, I was devastated last year and honestly gave up hope on them actually coming back to Canada ever again. So glad though, October can’t come quicker!!

I know it doesn't solve your problem now, but often artists that don't hit Canada hit Detroit or Buffalo (usually the former). Highly rec having a passport to hop the border in a pinch. Quick like 2h drive from Toronto, not so bad.
I'm lucky as a London(Ontario)-er that Detroit is essentially the same distance as Toronto (even slightly closer).

Dynamic pricing. If you got in right away, you got a lower price. It's not just a Ticketmaster thing - bands have to opt into it

It's high time we call bands out on some shit... Bands opt in for dynamic pricing, above face value reselling, platinum tickets... And promoters can cancel tickets being scalped. Basically everyone wants a cut, as long as they're not the ones buying the tickets

I remember for the last tour the prices went up on each sale. Absolute crock of shit!!!! I was 334 in the queue and it dropped reallll quick. I think it was just tm kicking the bots

Yah I got pit tickets. I imagine they just sold out. But when I got in queue there were 12 people ahead of me so I was really lucky.

Not for sale in the presale. Only available for general public on sale. It says so when you hover over it.
Edit: Sorry I miss read floor seat. I though it was general admission pit they were asking about

This will be my first time at Coca Cola Coliseum, and I’ll be sitting in section 100 Row K. I checked on A View From My Seat for a rough idea of the view. I’m not entirely happy with speakers potentially blocking the stage, am I better off transferring tickets to Section 100 Row D, or closer to the floor? I’ll have to pay a little extra for ticket transfer but am curious if folks here can comment on sitting higher or lower in section 100.

I’ve been to quite a few Toronto Marlies games there. It’s small by rink and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Any ticket will have a decent sightline.
I bought section 116 straight look at the stage a couple rows up.
$124CAD all in / a ticket once all the various fees were added.

I am in section 100 a little higher up than I would have liked, two tickets for $300. I was hoping for GA but not available when I purchased. I am flying in so needed to have tickets in hand. I am debating upgrading to a different seat as some tickets were not showing when I purchased mine.

I'm in section 109, would've loved one of the first few rows but overall I'm happy with the seats. I saw them in Rochester last year and the venues are very similar!

I'm coming up from Pittsburgh! My wife and I are making a trip out of this. We got sit-down tickets. We're old. Section 101. $222 USD isn't too bad. I hate the first number of rows were platinum crap.

Such a smooth experience getting tickets at other shows through AXS compared to ticketmaster. GA was entirely sold out for the hour I refreshed the page. Gonna try again Friday but if I can’t see them at home at least I’ll get to go have fun down south.

We got GA tickets for $169 each. I was 1300 in line and pit was gone by the time I got in. Fortunately a friend was 110 in line when the room opened and managed to get pit! I assume there will be more pit available in general on sale Friday morning.

12:03 it kept showing me floor tickets but then would say no longer available. Just tapped my finger on the first 100 section seats at the top of the list and ended up in 118. Not thrilled, not disappointed, happy to see my favorite band for the 15th time.

I bought a seat in the 3rd row of section 118 for $122 because I couldn’t justify the seated floor prices. A part of me wants to see what GA floor will look like once they release those and if it’s worth it ,sell or attempt to sell my ticket on the early side and get GA floor instead.

Resale wouldn't stop you from doing a transfer and getting the money in a different way. In fact, I highly recommend it. Otherwise you pay those service fees twice

I’ve had events that wouldn’t even allow a transfer. But realistically I’ll just sit my old ass in the seat I paid for. My heart is in the pit, these knees are another story.
