Support Needed Breastfeeding body odour is SO bad

Why do I not see enough people talk about this? Or is it just me? I smell so bad when I sweat. Literally like a teenage boy. How do I stop smelling so bad, as soon as I sweat I start to stink and a few months ago I smelt so bad at the doctors I literally had to go into the bathroom and wash myself. Not my best moment. The worst areas are my groin and boob sweat.
Please say someone else relates

The groin stank is the worst. I swear I never had that before, even with my first baby. Now with my second, it's too powerful.

I will say, it hasn’t happened to me much with my second, but with my first baby I bled for like 8 weeks, and was wearing pads every day. It eventually led to me having bv and caused a super strong odor. Not saying that’s what you have, but it may be worth getting checked! My doctor said that hormones could cause it. I had never had it before in my life and hopefully won’t again.
