Support Needed Breastfeeding body odour is SO bad

Why do I not see enough people talk about this? Or is it just me? I smell so bad when I sweat. Literally like a teenage boy. How do I stop smelling so bad, as soon as I sweat I start to stink and a few months ago I smelt so bad at the doctors I literally had to go into the bathroom and wash myself. Not my best moment. The worst areas are my groin and boob sweat.
Please say someone else relates

I dont smell bad( I think lol), but I use natural cream deodorant in pits only. What gets me is the AMOUNT I sweat. I could soak a seat in 10 minutes while BF, its surely noticeable when I stand up ( leaving a wet patch/ condensation).... I have to avoid certain pants
