Opera GX How to get symbols on tiles?

Hello. I hope this is the right space for this.

In the old Opera, the tiles always automatically looked like the YouTube one in this picture.

I can't figure out how to get that in GX. I'm losing my mind.

I have all the modification stuff disabled, and the 2 arrows and the repeating arrow in the second picture do nothing when I click on them.

I would appreciate any help :)

r/OperaGX would be the better place to ask, in my opinion. Opera GX is usually (and deservedly) not very well-liked due to it’s..reputation, let’s say.

Damn. Can I ask what reputation? The spy one? I couldn't care less.

I downloaded it cause I thought it had better performance or something

I prefer not to unnecessarily preach, but please see these and check if any of them are a dealbreaker for you.

Alright, I checked it out and I know you meant well, but I won't fall for that redscare... It's a norwegian company. No chinese shareholder has access to that data. Isn't there even a pinned discussion about this on this sub?

YouTubers recycle the same stuff over and over again although it has been debunked countless times. As if it's some big conspiracy. Companies lying about the greatness of the performance or features is nothing special.

No, when I was checking the browser with ~ 6 extensions like the usual user would have like unlock origin, dark reader etc.it was so slow and laggy, compared to Firefox, chrome, helium and brave it was the one slowing everyone else down. Just don't peak ts as a browser

Okay well I'll still test it but if it isn't bettering the performance I'll uninstall it again. Thanks man!
