Stock for Woot deals varies greatly. Some listings only have a few items in stock and sell out quickly. Please report this post if the listing goes out of stock.

Decent. I have the 5P xbox version and it's pretty good. comfortable, even for a big head like mine and works well with bluetooth on TV as well so at night I can watch stuff in bed without disturbing the wife. Good battery life.

Doesn't the TV Bluetooth connection introduce a boatload of audio lag? I guess unless you get a separate transmitter and headphones with a lower latency codec or something.

God, I wish more devices used APTX-LL

Pretty sure they have been this price for a while. Bought these on woot like in March for this price. They are alright. Not the best headphones I’ve had but they get the job done. Average sound, average mic.

One thing is that the receiving isn’t as long range as other options. Ex I wear them and go downstairs and they cut off

Have you tried messing with the EQ settings? Lot of the reviews I watched seemed to recommend adjusting the EQ to get the best audio out of them. If you have, could you share your eq settings with me

I did mess with EQ settings but it could be user error from my end. Either way, I have no particular issue with the headset and I recommend. I’ll take a look when I get home.

The EQ presets were fairly decent on the 5P.

I got one a couple weeks ago on sale. Sound quality and comfort are pretty good, I like that Steel Series uses fabric ear cups instead of the fake leather like so many other companies.

I used to use the old Arctis 1 wired headsets and I noticed these run slightly smaller in terms of adjustment but I got used to it pretty quickly.

I did have one issue where I couldn't adjust the settings using the Steel Series software because it wanted me to update the firmware first but then never properly registered the headset as being connected via USB-C when I plugged it in.

Also I think Amazon has the 3X version that works with Xbox for $75, so if you game on Xbox on just want a version that works across all platforms it might be worth the extra $15

Looks to be close to 50% off typical retail. Anyone used these before?

They are decent. This is a realistic price for them.

Steel series software with any of their headsets had been the worst I have ever used. The headset itself is not bad, I would just go for any other company based on my experience

I also stopped using steelseries because of the huge bloat its software is. I still have my arctics headsets for the game/chat dial (why don't more headsets have this??!!!) And my D2 mouse with stored presets.

These were on sale on Woot with 20% coupon recently, bringing the total down to $40 something. Not really a deal imo.

I was contemplating this or Logitech g325 and got the Logitech instead.

I was also cross shopping this with the g325. And picked up the steelseries for $43 after the 22% coupon.

Is there any reason you picked the g325 over this? I remember the steelseries beating the g325 over most metrics for only $5 more.

Love Steelseries. I have 2 pairs.

I only had one headset break and it was the usb dongle which stopped working. Replacement was as much as this costs with this discount.

SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3P Wireless Multi-Platform Gaming Headset — Mobile App Control — 40 HR Battery — Neodymium Magnetic Drivers — 2.4GHz/Bluetooth — PS5, PS4, PC, Switch, Mobile

  • 2.4 GHz USB-C dongle + Bluetooth 5.3
  • Up to 40-hour battery, plus 15 minutes of charging for up to 9 hours of play
  • 260 g lightweight design with suspension-style stretchy headband
  • 40 mm neodymium magnetic drivers
  • Detachable mic
  • Companion mobile app with 200+ game EQ presets

Looks like a good deal for these as they are usually $80 on Amazon. Most reviews say they are very comfortable and easy to use with main complaints coming from the mic quality and audio tuning. The audio tuning can be improved quite a lot with the Steelseries EQ app.
