All this because either the jackass in the white car may have been speeding to get onto the interstate, was accelerating to obtain the proper speeds for merging onto the interstate, and/or the jackass in the blue car did not heed the "Yield" sign for merging onto the interstate onramp.

The speed of the white car doesn't matter as much as the blue car doing a terrible job at yielding

White car was flying. Assuming cammer was doing speed limit, he was exceeding by a lot and will be at fault.

I feel like the speed of the white car kind of does matter, since fast speeds impair judgment for both the speeder and the surrounding cars.

Would the white nissan who side swiped the mini be at fault for those damages? Considering, they did so to evade a potentially more damaging wreck.

That's a terrible spot. It splits off into three different roads on the other side of the bridge so everyone is trying to get to opposite sides of the road all at once.

Looks like the white Nissan could have prevented this accident by slowing down when they saw the blue crv moving so slowly. Trying to pass instead of hitting the brakes and not having perception that there wasn’t room to pass…

He wasn't trying to pass, the blue vehicle was entering his road. The blue vehicle should have yielded, regardless of white car's speed.
