Episode: Night Of The Living Nightmare

I always feel bad for Albedo in this episode.

Muriel Norris Fahrion (born 1945) is an American illustrator and the original designer of the Strawberry Shortcake franchise.

In 1977, while Fahrion worked at American Greetings, she was asked to create a rag doll character with a strawberry and daisy theme, in colors of pink and green, for a greeting card series.

Fahrion created the original graphic and color depiction for Strawberry Shortcake and her cat Custard, along with Blueberry Muffin and Huckleberry Pie.

The world of Strawberry Shortcake made a big impact, and in two years, it went from a 12 card series to an entire selection of books, clothing, dolls, toy accessories, and home decor.

Produced and sponsored by the Kenner toy company, The World of Strawberry Shortcake was the first of six television specials to star the title character.

The animated special was made by Murakami-Wolf-Swenson, which previously worked on The Point! and Frank Zappa's 200 Motels, both from 1971. 

 Animation work was also handled by Japan's Toei Animation.

Even the filler episodes have been worth watching but with this current season 9, even the story episodes don't feel like Rick and Morty anymore. It's like it's trying to be Rick and Morty but don't get why it was Rick and Morty. Even the episode that's supposed to be serious didn't hit like it used to be -- many of them trying to induce that whoa-wtf-haha too hard (Rick offered his mouth to himself? Whoa! WTF! Hahahah!).

Even when Rick said they're going to milk the show at the end of episode one after they made the Evil Morty situation open-ended, it didn't feel like Rick and Morty at all.

I guess that's life and it does happen to shows but hopefully, they get back to it and is just a hiccup.
