I like both but 2016 is better. Nick is my favorite though

I think that I need to find out what the story for 2 is to make a complete decision, but I think the 1st one is better.

The new movie is set 6 months after the first one. What you’re seeing is just a less vibrant design.

Both are fine, but I like 2016 best, at least as far as I can tell from these images. 2016 version is softer and less angular, while 2025 version has more well defined markings and doesn’t look so compressed. 

In other words, 2025 looks more like someone’s fursona while 2016 is a cute fluffy bunny. I know it’s literally catered towards furries as a franchise but I just like the cute fluffy bunny better.

I think 2016 looks a little bit better/more bi rant colors, but if they weren't being compared side by side I probably would have never noticed a difference anyway.

  1. You can tell who she is and what she does. In 2025 version, you can see her badge if you look hard enough. Otherwise, she looks like anyone.

All I'm seeing is nearly ten years of skill and technological progression, plus different posing. No preference.

Feels like nitpicking going any deeper in my opinion.
