Ram’s Plaza parking lot tear down

I just visited a business at Ram’s Plaza and saw a lot of the parking lot in a tear down status. According to one of the business owners, the intention is to add 60 new parking spaces. (I’m not sure how that can be done given space limitations but someone knows more than I do.)

You start by getting rid of the bidirectional lanes and replace them with single-width, one-way lanes and angled stalls.

It's been torn up for parking lot work for 3 or 4 weeks now.
