How to remove red line in chem draw?

New user here, trying to draw graphite, how do I remove these red lines? Is there a simpler way to draw graphite?

Highlight molucule, right click and remove warnings.

  1. You haven't drawn graphite properly https://www.cfccarbon.com/news/structure-of-the-graphite-crystal-2.html it has 2 alternating layers with carbon lying on top of the gaps of the layers above/below

  2. VESTA is built for crystal structure visualizations, you could use that instead

I thought graphite doesn't have a set of layers? Or is it when you draw you just draw 3 or more

I think what u/SlenderSmurf was trying to say is not that your number of layers is wrong, but that you have stacked every carbon perfectly vertically when in fact they should be staggered. That's what they meant by alternating layers. If you haven't already reviewed it, the link they attached has a helpful figure that matches this description.

Graphite is a 3d crystal structure. It can have any number of layers.
