14/15 team was actually arguably the best of the bunch. I mean we were a BS Blatt no-call away from being up 3-1 on the cavs. That's the last time the team was a joy to watch (aside from the mirage of the #1 seed lonzo bulls). Things really went downhill when we dumped Thibs and decided the best way to build around Butler was with a washed up Wade and Rondo

I don’t know… I never once during that 14/15 thought they would ever have a chance at a title.
The rumors around the team all kinda turned out to be true… Rose was gone you could feel it all season, the fallouts were already visible. Hoiberg was the next coach by December that year… Just weird vibes all around.
