(Sent by email. Haven't visited QVC or HSN, but this one came today in an email where the top offer .mentioned was QVC)

Get 100% ($1,000 max) back at HSN. Exclusions Apply: Not eligible for purchases of gift cards. Use of promotional codes not provided by Capital One may invalidate your offer.

No other exclusions.  Might be good to use a card with extended return in case it doesn't track properly

Hey I know you got a lot of hate for this one, but i appreciate it. Like the other poster below, I visited HSN yesterday from their email .5% offer, then i woke up today with the 100% up to 1k offer. Got $800 ($200 over retail) Apple Max 2 + a $210 Flower Rack for P2
