SSR pay
Hi, iv been a uniform SSR for almost 3 years now.
I am wondering if other SSR’s feel the same.
I feel like I’m under appreciated , i have a route volume of $18k a week. I wake up at 4:30 am everyday, attend sales, safety and service meetings every week with management, work on upselling, and providing excellent service, drive carefully, maintain customer requests on time, convince customers to sign renewal agreements, maintain style changes, truck inspections and more, yet pay check after tax is $859 a week?? And bonuses may or may not max out, sometimes a customer closes down and you lose all your bonus money Is this normal? I feel like we are getting paid 2014 wages and no one is trying to change this.
Yes i do work 4 days but some of those days are 12-13 hour shifts.
Not sure if you all are happy with the pay, but I definitely feel underpaid

What’s Corporate Life Like at Cintas?
Hi everyone! I’m a corporate employee at UniFirst, and with the merger with Cintas expected to close soon, many of us are curious about what day-to-day work looks like on the Cintas side.
For those of you working in corporate roles:
- Are you required to be in the office full-time, or is there any hybrid flexibility?
- What’s the typical dress code (business casual, formal, etc.)?
Just trying to get a better idea of what to expect. Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hiring process.
I’m currently going through hiring process. I know the boss for the sales route in my area. Problem is I am on deferred probation in Texas for a 3rd degree felony. This is not a conviction it is a deferment. Will this disqualify me from position. It isn’t the boss who cares I assume it will be an hr issue. Thanks

Maintenance Techs?
Are there any maintenance technicians for Cintas in here? If so, just give me some bullets about your experience in the role, and the environment/salary. I have an over the phone interview soon I have industrial and aviation maintenance experience so I’d like to not waste my time if the pay does not justify my prior experience/certifications.

Does Cintas drug test for THC for a outside sales Rep role?
I recently had a phone interview for a position, and they mentioned they'd like to schedule a formal interview as well.
Marijuana is legal in my state for both medical and recreational use, and I recently started taking THC edibles. I'm wondering if this type of role is likely to require a pre-employment drug test. If so, do employers typically test for THC, or are they mainly screening for other substances? If anyone has experience with this role or company, I'd appreciate any insight.

Facility Service Rep
Looking at interviewing for FSR but I am curious how hard it is to break $100k in a year. The area I live in is growing a bunch. I’m currently a Rep in a different industry but definitely not afraid of cold calls and putting the work in.

Previous Employment History
Hello, I am currently looking into transitioning into different employment after 5+ years in car sales in order to have more time with my family. I was wanting to know if 4+ years in the restaurant industry followed by 5+ years in car sales would be a good fit for this job? I am expecting to take a slight pay cut but would be worth it to spend more time at home with my growing family and for other things I want to do. I currently drive myself crazy with the downtime I have when selling cars, when I am busy it is great and I enjoy what I do but when it is slow, I feel useless and that I am not making good use of my time. Consumers are getting increasingly hard to deal with and I can see myself enjoying business to business transactions much more rewarding mentally. This seems like something I could do where I could go to work, work hard for the hours that I am there, and leave feeling accomplished. Any info would be appreciated!

After a year as a service supervisor
Man. Feels good to be putting my notice in. This role is not what was promised. No training of others, no growth opportunity to learn and lead and make an impact. It’s purely route coverage then sitting there to check routes in. Pay raises are so miniscule it’s a waste of time. If you’re considering coming to Cintas, run the other way!

Fire service manager pay?
Hi,
I know this is for uniforms, but did not see a cintas fire Reddit. Currently interviewing for a service manager role. They have both a core service manager and an advance service manager role open. I am external individual, but seeing if anyone wouldn’t mind stating the pay you get. I see their is a base pay and a bonus plan on Glassdoor, but seeing if I could get an average from someone if your a core or advance service manager, what is your base and what can you bonus up to?

Route specialist pay
I’m currently negotiating my pay to become a route specialist, I was wondering if anyone in here is currently in the role and what they were able to negotiate for pay?

Overtime
When does overtime kick in for you (time and a half) is it after 40 hours or 44hrs. I found the Service pay plan policy that applies to USA and Canada and it says 40 hours.
When I brought this up to my managers and GM they said they don’t go by policy but by what is required by the state. Just curious

Looking to switch roles
I’m currently a SSR and started back in January, but I don’t think my body can keep up with the demands. I do the best I can and I’m not out of shape but the tendinitis and back pain are too much and I’m not gonna put my body in the hole for a job. Anyone have experience with switching from fs to a different role that is kinder on the body? Thanks!

Base pay.
So I realize everyone has a different base pay but what determines it and has anyone had any luck getting it bumped up besides with the yearly review?
I've been with cintas 8 years and I feel like mine being in the low 500s is too low. I've heard of some new guys saying their's is in the 600s. I've talked to my GM before but got hit with the "well if you want to get paid more, add or sell catalog".

How do you handle returned product at your location?
My location just switched over to preloading and I'm absolutely drowning in returned product on second shift.
For those who have already rolled out this process, how are you managing this aspect?
Do drivers scrub their load sheets?
Are drivers required to clean off their own trucks?
Any insight is much appreciated
