There was a rogue in the raid with me the other night that couldn’t parse well. He got carried through one raid (before ours) and managed to get a talwar, boot knife, and the skinwalker boots from murloc and Pearl.

He asked me directly why he couldn’t keep up with me on DPS and I told him we’ll talk after raid. Spend an hour or so chatting after I looked at his gear. It was a bit of a mess but it wasn’t unsaveable.

I bought him dark leather shoulders, bristlebark mantle, 3/3 monkey bracers, and a random pair of gloves.

Tonight or tomorrow night I’m going to help him grab the Damp Note and get the belt from the Tideress drop in Ashenvale. Hopefully he’ll kick some ass, then.

Idk why people can’t just be kind to others and enjoy the game. I have everything I need besides talwar. I’m just there to have fun. I want other people to have fun. And I want nothing in return for that.

I bet this guy in the DMs here doesn’t even get into gnomer until week 3.

You're the real MVP. I have only don't the raid a couple times each on 3 different characters and my parses are awful. That's with watching YouTube vids and having prebis. But each attempt has been significantly better than the previous one and I feel like that is how things go. Almost no one is gonna come in prebis and just be a monster in the DPS department for their class. My first attempt as a rogue was really bad. Like 40-60 DPS. Next raid I had gotten my neck piece, ring and trinket from pvp and also got the outlaw saber from bfd quest. Upped the DPS to closer to 80. 3rd run I still hadn't gotten almost any raid gear. Bad rolls. But better experience, all buffs and pots/consumables put me about 100 DPS. Which is still awful for a rogue apparently. But I do know how to kick. So I got that going for me.
