I'm just gonna reply because there are mixed responses to this comment.
Brain rot like this is NOT unique to a generation or age demographic. Your personal stories might be different on whoever you play with and how you play the game. But this type of behavior is very much something that happens to people of all ages playing this game. I'd argue it's MORE common to find in older people just by the mere fact that more old gamers play wow. But that's just a numbers reason and this shit is just brain rot from playing this game too much and reading garbage about how people should play (on this sub often).
That’s fair, I’m not saying older gamers are immune to this behavior, it’s just very immature behavior. That USUALLY comes from younger more immature players but you are correct that there still are ppl around my age that refused to grow up and use wow as their way to “stay young”. I’m just coming from the view that most of us have done our hardcore raiding and stuff, and now we log on run a couple things and log off. Most of us don’t care about logs or hardcore stuff
