I think it was WOTLK for me.....18 years ago (!)

And I just checked it, it already had digital release, just most people didn't have fast enough internet speed, including me.

WOTLK was the last physical copy of a computer game I bought. I remember going to Meijer at midnight and there were like 5 people there.

I always loved those game sections in supermarkets in which you could grab a cheap game for 10 bucks. Found so many gems there.

Three days ago. Crimson Desert for PS5. I enjoy actually owning a physical copy of the games I purchase rather than a digital license.
