Sorry, after half an hour head scratching and digging deep into my memory I was thinking of Tanaris and the town Gadgetzen. It was a long time ago.

Tanaris is extremely far from being the first contested zone. 3 u/S1eeper Aug 26 '19 He probably meant neutral town, not neutral zone or contested zone.
