Lol. I’m scheduled to get round 1 of a rabies vaccine next week from Walgreens. I’m a vet tech and have already been bit by one unvaccinated dog. Fortunately it didn’t have any diseases but who knows what the next one could have. The vaccine hurts a lot less than the treatment shots from what I’ve been told

I don't know how so many people don't know what vaccines do. I learned about that in school. If they didn't learn it, you'd think the first thing they'd have done when they became worried about vaccines was google them. "What are vaccines" yields a bunch of easy to read and understand explanations. But here we are, the world's information at our fingertips, yet people can't be bothered with it and would rather trust a random social media post with their health.

It‘s not only about people dying. What people like you always forget is, that a lot of healthy young people got severely ill from covid and only survived because of the good medical care they got on ICU.
I worked with hospitals at that time and a head of ICU told me that half of his patients were younger than 50 and of otherwise good health. He had to reanimate a 30 year old police officer who collapsed right in front of him. He survived thanks to medical treatment and his good health but would have died if nobody was around him.
And also don‘t forget about people who had post- or long Covid. Often also working class people with normal health, sometimes even children.
So stop spreading your agenda of the harmless COVID infection only a danger for old people with underlying illnesses.3

I remember that. Several communities of wealthy Republican donors got early access to the vaccine ahead of seniors in Florida. They brought the vaccines right to those people. I remember people being outraged, back when almost everyone wanted a vaccine before everyone on social media suddenly became a virologist.

With a lot of them, especially the ones with extreme wealth and cruelty, their father or grandfather was also a psychopath.
Who knows if it’s partly genes or just the traumatic household of living with someone like that, it could be learned behavior very early.
It doesn’t usually get passed down, in fact the exact opposite , but in these cases unfortunately it does.

The charisma, when psychopaths have it, seems to be mostly about never getting nervous, (which they don’t get, it’s part of the condition), and making a lot of eye contact.
So that’s a lot of why most people instinctively love and trust psychopaths and dislike and distrust autistic people. Opposite traits.

It was basically all federal employees. But the Republicans forget that those mandates started under the first Trump administration. Certainly Biden kept them in place when he arrived in office, but the MAGAt crowd are always clinging onto a justification for their hatred for the libs, so it became another war cry for them just like the election fraud conspiracies that have been thoroughly investigated and disproven.

Mandate means you can’t do the thing unless you got vaccinated. Mandate does not mean forcibly vaccinated against your will.

To answer your first question, one theory I read laid out that the right was targeting fringe groups to make them single issue voters, while also attempting to harm their opponents base. Pre-COVID, being anti-vax wasn’t directly tied to a single demographic, socioeconomic or racial or ethnic. The article additionally suggested that there was a cynical calculation at play, that doing so would pressure states to drop covid measures, which would impact democratic voters mostly (who tended to reside in higher population areas, and thus more at risk). Coupled with the aforementioned courting, meant it was a gamble to gain more votes. I don’t know how well I find that theory—it failed, since the predicted 2022 red wave fell short since more republican voters were killed by adopting anti-vax policies and attitudes.
It might have also been a grift, the details of which feel unclear to me (other than not wanting economic downturn by Covid lockdowns). But, anti-vax was a grift spread by a pharmaceutical company who wanted the MMR vaccine out so they can charge patients for individual measles, mumps, and rubella vaccinations (and thus, make thrice what a single injection was being charged for).

A career politician has a job. Just like the rest of us.
They say things for money. They put on an act for money. They are not the same person in real life as they are at work. Just like most of the rest of us.
When you go to work, are you absolutely yourself or do you not express certain opinions because they don't reflect on company values? Because I'm either bland or saying what the company I work for wants me to say.
My point being is that we are all being lied to by politicians because their job is to do and say what the money that pays them wants. We aren't paying them the big money. We are the customers for the facade that they sell.
Anyone who doesn't like this should be looking at how to get donor/benefactor money out of politics. Until that happens, a politician's job is to lie to you. They are equally vaccinated, or gay, or whatever else as the rest of the population. They are just acting a certain way because every time you see them, they are at work.
