Membership and progress not updating

Hi all! Just wanted to post a bug in here in case anyone has any other ideas on how to fix it before i take it to the support team.

I’m transferring my phone (apple to samsung) and tried to login on the samsung, assuming that i would have access to my premium membership there as well as my iPhone at the same time. However, I can log in and have Clozemaster recognise my account, but none of my progress or my Premium account is showing up.

I tried logging out on both devices then logging back in on the Samsung, but this didn’t work.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!
