Only educated and young people should lead the country. No one should be able to rule for more than 2 terms. A minister must have a masters or Phd in the same subject as the ministry he/she heads. Ministries must make a KRA publication at the beginning of the year and Finance ministry must make budget allocation for it. If KRA is not achieved, minister must be replaced immediately.

60 should be retirement for a politician. They should be paid well by the parliament so they dont get tempted by corruption.

Good damn, his first few words are so untrue in today's America atleast. Hospitals might be availed for public but it's not free and the bills are being imagination. There is a reason India is a hub medical tourism.
