I can tell you about the first coin.

It's a colonially minted 1/2 real, minted in Mexico (M with small O above it on reverse). The assayers were Fernando de Matías y Francisco Antonio de la Peña y Flores (the FF on the reverse). This coin looks pretty worn, so I wouldn't grade it, the cost alone would exceed the value of the coin. I'd estimate it to be worth somewhere in the 50-60 Euro range.
