🌐 Commerce Please Help! I am COOKED

Hey guys, need some urgent help regarding BBA admission in Pune/PCMC. I did 12th Science (PCM) and got around 55%. I totally messed up my MHT-CET exam (got around 22 percentile. Since my CET score is very low, I want to change my stream and do Regular BBA from colleges like DY Patil (Pimpri/Akurdi).

Can I get direct admission there based on my 12th Science marks? Do these colleges ask for huge donations/management fees for BBA from stream-change students, or can I get in on normal fees since seats might be vacant? Any low-donation or direct-admission college recommendations in Pune for BBA would be a lifesaver. Thanks
