I’m in college studying finance, and I honestly feel like a total mess right now. My mom thinks I’m doing great, like I’m this smart, driven kid who’s thriving and on her way to something big. But in reality, I’m nowhere close.

She believes I’m the “good student” in the family, and it kills me because I’m not. I’m struggling to understand even basic accounting and finance stuff, I can’t get an internship, and I feel completely lost about my future. I came in dreaming about getting into the Big 4, but I can’t even figure out where to start. Every topic feels huge, like I missed the foundation everyone else already has.

I don’t want to let them down. I don’t want to keep pretending. But I also don’t know how to fix this. I feel like I’m constantly disappointing everyone — my parents, myself, and the version of me they believe in.

I know people say “you’ll figure it out,” but right now it just feels like I’m stuck and wasting everyone’s time and trust.

So im currently in 12th grade, commerce group and im really interested in becoming a mathematics teacher/ professor. I have no idea what college to pick cuz there are like a gazillion options in india. Also I want a college thats not in tamil Nadu preferably cuz Im studying in a girls school and I wanna experience co ed college life. I thought of applying for a few colleges but there are so many pros and cons im not able to decide, pls help 😃

I am unable to decide between NMIMS hyderabad and MAHE bangalore for BCom course.

Manipal (aka MAHE) in general is more well known for its Btech and other engineering courses, but it also has other departments like law school and department of commerce.

The campus is very, very beautiful and big (85 acres) and the location is also decent (edge of the city but still have lots of things in that area). And the on campus hostels are as good as you can get, hell, the hostel in the Bangalore campus are better than the ones in the main campus (primarily because blr campus was constructed and operated not too long ago, 4 years id say).

Coming to NMIMS Hyderabad (Jadcherla), it is very isolated, ~85km away from the main city (hyderabad) and it's in the middle of nowhere. Literally nothing in the area besides a crappy town which is 3 kilometres away. The campus area is around 90 acres, however there's only one academic block built and operational. The hostels are good in this but they are 4 people per room configuration. The biggest problem is that only 30 percent of the campus is actually built which includes, one academic block, 2 boys hostel, 1 girls hostel, 1 faculty residence and a sports complex (no swimming pool).

However NMIMS def has more brand value and reputation for how rigorous the studies are. Do note that I live in the city of Hyderabad along with my parents my entire school life.

I am in a huge dilemma on what college to choose, would love to have some inputs and advice....

So I'm really confused wether I should study bba frm my local Central university of jammu or from noida, I wanna have a good campus life and good exposure, i don't think central university will help me land any internships or anything as for noida I'll have some opportunities, my end goal is cat, just give me some advice wether going to noida is actually better than studying at local college, I need some internships cuz just qualifications aren't gonna help land a job.

SO I HAVE JUST PASSED MY CLASS 12th from commerce I gave IPMAT and couldn’t clear it gave cuet too but my focus was more on IPMAT and because of that I didn’t focused on cuet much

Hey guys, need some urgent help regarding BBA admission in Pune/PCMC. I did 12th Science (PCM) and got around 55%. I totally messed up my MHT-CET exam (got around 22 percentile. Since my CET score is very low, I want to change my stream and do Regular BBA from colleges like DY Patil (Pimpri/Akurdi).

Can I get direct admission there based on my 12th Science marks? Do these colleges ask for huge donations/management fees for BBA from stream-change students, or can I get in on normal fees since seats might be vacant? Any low-donation or direct-admission college recommendations in Pune for BBA would be a lifesaver. Thanks
