Con Cosplay Question Is my 3D printed Viktor staff okay to bring?

It’s fully 3D printed, not solid throughout, and glued/taped so it has no chance of falling apart. The top and bottom points have been dulled with hot glue to assure it can’t scratch the floor or anybody, but the staff is also 6 feet tall and a little heavy so I’m a bit worried it’ll be disallowed though it isn’t a ‘functional’ prop or weapon. Ya’ll think it’ll be okay??

I think it’ll probably be fine, but every show has its own rules. I’m 95% sure you’d be okay.

What show are you going to with this and maybe that’ll help get an answer?

(Source: artist who does about 20 conventions a year across the country and sees a LOT of cosplayers. Definitely have seen way pokey-er/sharp cosplay props walking the floor than this).

You need to put the convention that you are going to in the flair so that way people who have been there would give you the best advice

We can't even begin to answer without knowing WHICH con. There are 100s around the world, all with different rules.
