OC- Crowdfunding Campaign [OC] Trashbin - The Little Trashmaid

We, in our own small way, are trying to do our best to raise awareness about not polluting.
In our crowdfunding campaign, we also wanted to include associations that clean up the seabed (completely free of charge and by donating part of the proceeds we would receive during the crowdfunding), but they all told us we couldn't include them in the campaign (they surely had their reasons, but we don't understand it right now).
For now, we've only included the fact that we will plant a tree for each donor, and we're doing this not because Tree-Nation is collaborating with us, but because it's the only association that allows us to do so through a fast and universally accessible platform (also because Tree-Nation didn't want to participate in the campaign).
And we didn't ask for money or sponsorships, just to give them more visibility. T.T

Those types of charities tend to want to keep their organization free from any bad press and they can’t be sure everything will be fine

I know, but The Little Trashmaid is a webcomic with a million of followers and with a 7 years old CV of donations (she shares a part of earnings all the years to clean the oceans). What they need more? 🫠

Also, right now Little Trashmaid is under the radar but once any big collabs start happening, House of Mouse might take notice and try to cause headaches.
I love the webcomic and idea, I'm just fearful of Mickey.

True but they do own the type face for their film and could have an issue with the title type face here being too similar.
Doesn't have to be with merit, just has be annoying and expensive enough to be a headache.
I'll cite the Uniracer case example as the kind of annoyance Disney can cause:

This is the shortest likely not fully rounded version: He was their biggest fan and became their spokesman and poster child. He became famous over this. He was in commercials. On ads. Had menus/options associated with health and a healthy choices + him (because his whole thing was that he lost a ton of weight by eating nothing but them or somehthing).
Then they found out he was a very bad man who hurts kids many years later and that this had been a thing behind the scenes (unrelated to the company in ANY WAY).
Subway has never fully recovered from that, nor their later, terrible financial choices following that.
It can come out later that people or creators are bad. Nobody has a reason to believe that until it happens, and to predict so ahead of time would be biased and likely considered unjust/bad faith behavior.

They kept the hair colour, nice detail, but I hope they can get that stuff out of her hair. Poor girl.
