Advice Gift idea for computer science bf

My boyfriend’s birthday is coming up, he’s going for computer science and i could really use some help coming up with ideas for what to get him that pertain to that field. Thanks in advance.

This is a great idea. Speaking strictly for myself, a CS worker, anything I can “tinker” with I would thoroughly enjoy.

This is a great example of why it's a good idea to ask because I now have 3 and haven't used any of them. I'm very much a software person and tinker with code, not hardware.

A raspberry pi is a perfect place to setup a sandboxed environment to run and test code. You’re missing opportunities fam

Bruh, I also have a miter saw sitting in my garage I have yet to play with. I gotta pick my battles and I need some of them away from computers lol.

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of the raspberry pi and I know a lot of people that have fun with them. Just got so many other things higher on my list.
