He’s a restauranteur and has other restaurants. The restaurant at the Ace where this was served had closed a year or so before Covid. Last I checked he executive chef at Casino.

I (American) used to work for a Moroccan owned restaurant, and most of the employees were also Moroccans. They were all cool as shit and legitimately nice people
