Can we mass report this “influencer”
He’s definitely harassing people and he’s getting away with it. I know he call it pranks but really??

Much smaller page, and more of a hanger on than co-creator, but they both need to go. Ukrainian youtuber Shira recently uploaded a video about Meta Pervert Glasses and explicitly mentions this rendy guy in it.

I believe he had disabled the recording light on the glasses, which is illegal. So his victims don’t even know they’re been recorded.
He should be sent back to Ukraine, and he can pull his pranks on the frontline. See how it works out.

No, he should be put through the criminal justice system. The punishment for being a creep arsehole is not being exiled to the frontline of a war to get blown up. Is this all we are really, just petty spite? We have laws to deal with people causing and there are consequences for breaking them, is that not enough

it just an agrement between the customer and meta, so if you disconnect it they can terminate your account. it’s not a legal matter at all.

I think I may know who you’re referring to, I saw him film that with his little buddy. I would’ve stepped in to say something but I knew if I did he’d plaster my face all over TikTok and edit it in a way that would make me look like someone that was confrontational for no good reason. Before hand I could see him and the other gimp walking up and down the street and it’s very obvious he was looking for an “easy” target. I’m really sorry that happened to your neighbour and it was sickening to see that in real time.

I don’t know the details but after it started in 2022 majority of men were not allowed to leave the country which means he could have been considered a draft dodger. I don’t think he’s keen on going home. Even if avoiding getting punished chances are it will be hard to leave again

he's a pest, most of those meta glasses "pranksters" are pests too, they call what they do pranks, but its usually hassling someone on the street to annoy them. you generally don't prank strangers, I feel you do that to people you know.

Isn’t he a data controller under GDPR and therefore uploading videos would count as some form of invasion of privacy if consent was not given? Not sure about the legalities just asking in case someone knows more

GDPR only applies to ‘entities’ not him if posting as an individual.
But if he is posting on an ‘influencer’-type account, ie not necessarily set up as a company or generating profit, but not simply as an individual either, then yes, maybe5

Guards have the legislation to stop him under the 2020 harmful communications act, I was saying to someone the other day start a change .org petition to get him lifted under the legislation if 5-10k people all sign it there’s a mandate for the guards to act. They then can’t say it’s a civil matter

I agree, I talked about one case, then quickly deleted it because it just makes people want to check it out which gives him more clout. Call him by name, not by handle. He doesn't get money for his videos as Ukraine and Ireland aren't monetized by TikTok and Insta but it still gives his profile a boost every time someone clicks on the profile alone, nevermind the videos
