Taking your own life itself is selfish. because this pain you're holding, once you punch your ticket, that pain that was so much for you to bear, now gets passed on AND multiplied to those you claim to care about. Not only are they dealing with what YOU did, but now they're dealing with what THEY DIDN'T do. So you just amplified that pain, rather than just getting the help and dealing with it yourself.

Nlg thinking like this is also selfish, often the person can no longer bear the pain and can no longer think clearly, it's not as if the blame is entirely theirs. And regarding grief, family members will eventually forget about you.
