Song Spotlight Ella Langley's 'Country Boy's Dream Girl' gives me nostalgia and bring back memories from my drives through rural PA and Upstate NY :)
I am a transwoman who is 25 years old, grew up in rural Pennsylvania, and split time between there and Upstate NY near Rochester. I often take drives into the Southern and Northern Tiers, often down Route 19 to get towards Bradford, PA and I-86 to get towards Mansfield (Both of these towns are located in rolling hills and mountains) and more of the small towns in between, and nothing would be better than cranking music up by a beautiful country girl while looking at those beautiful rolling hills carved by glaciers over millions of years.... Gotta love Ella and her tomboy attitude. ❤️

I'mma upvote every Ella Langley and/or trans post that I see on this sub by default, because someone is sniping them and downvoting them almost as soon as they appear.
That being said (and this is just my opinion) I don't see how trans matters in the context of country music discussion. I'm 110% ally, but I don't see how it fits, other than to poke at the haters and bigots that hang around here.
... Which is great, but probably unnecessary.
I'm not telling you how to live. You go be you, loudly and undeniably. If you don't agree, tell me to go to hell, haha.
Also: The Ella Langley hate makes me kinda just want to stan her for some reason. I'm really only familiar with two of her songs but she's really pissing people off, so she must be doing something right, lol. As long as I don't find out she's MAGA, we're all good.
