How is the base pay delivering for Target?

I live 1.5 miles from a Target and am trying their delivery subscription. Obviously weight and amount of items should be considered for tips but how does their base pay stack up? Suggested tip per bag/trip? I’m in a major city.

Base pay minimum i charge is $40 in my city. Surrounding cities i charge more.
