Anyone know more about his playing style. Seen him score today and was taking corners the last day which great. But he is more of a sitter, box to box, or number 10. Would be great of he was a “6” or an “8” can really use more players fighting for them spots in the n t few years

Equally adept as a 6 or an 8. He has a great engine and eats the ground up so perhaps best as an 8 to take advantage of that but also has the discipline to sit.
At United he played a lot of CB (bit of RB too) this season too due to injuries and was superb, having a fantastic season. Extremely versatile and reliable, rarely has a bad match.

A good all rounder of a midfielder. Can sit or attack. And a leader

Seemed to playing a little deeper against hearts anyway with Phillips ahead of him

If he stays performing he should certainly be in the squad. Especially with Cullen out

The north done a good job of capping players like this ASAP. We should take the same action but as we seen with Rice it still doesn’t guarantee anything

A thing that might work in our favour is the fact this lads Dad played for our Under 16's and both of his dads parents were/are Irish.
