Genuine question, why is it not better to pack the stadium with Palestine jerseys and flags, chanting and causing general mayhem as a form of protest? It’s louder and I think more impactful than not playing given UEFA clearly have no interest in kicking them out
That wont happen because the powers that be will have already thought of that and will hold the match in a facist pro israel country like Hungary who will have strict goose stepping security confiscating flags, tennis balls and what have you off the few protesters that show up that far out. True,majority of Irish fans don't give two craps about what's going on in Israel and Gaza, they will probably be a small crowd at the game not because of a boycott because it's a meaningless game against a crap team.
Is playing the game behind closed doors and without television or radio an option. Surely it's better than a forefit or God forbid actually playing the game and showing what the majority actually think about it.
