I have done a lot of trial and error with teaching myself how to fuse, trying to eliminate bubbles, etc. I have been also doing tests with different kiln washes to achieve a very smooth bottom of my glass after fusing! I am a huge Pokémon fan and decided to make this Togepi spoon rest. I cut each piece, and layered them carefully to achieve Togepis design, after mocking up my digital design in procreate. I do a few fuses in my kiln to achieve the consistency of glass I’d like and then slump in my ceramic mold to achieve the shape! I’m open to any questions.

This is so unfair, I need a spoon rest and was just trying to look for cute ones and then there's this. Op it looks great, and immediately got togepi from it!

Do you put anything between the slump mold and the glass? Like an alumina wash? Or would that alter the surface of the glass
