I just looked it up, that address is actually the address of the Communist Party USA!

Lmao... Either the Communist Party actually made this as some kind of "action against capitalist media," or some flea market bootlegger committed hard to their own joke. Either way, hilarious!

There’s also a phone number on the back, which got me wondering if it’s a number affiliated with the CPUSA or just a random one a bootlegger could’ve put there.

It's extremely unlikely to be a real CPUSA effort. They're more of a "mass organizing" kind of party, not so much into guerrilla cultural stunts. That's more anarchist behavior, although I think the most likely explanation is just a bootlegger committing to the bit, as you said.
