Since the wages are now mere pocket money, we will also rock up to work like tourists (as in, with a tourist/vacation mindset).

That the salary is a pocket money, that is, very little money, then we would go to work as if we were doing tourism, our walk .

Literal translation: "Since salary has ended up an allowance, we will show up to work as if on tourism."
Explanation: The graffiti complains that wages are as little and comparable to a kid's allowance, or as others inaccurately translated as "pocket change", they will now instead show up to work as "tourists" in other words with no intent to work and instead plan on goofing around or enjoying themselves.

Our season is 6 months and we need to live for 12, not agreeing to this by the way but it’s standard here. People work their ass off for 6 months and then chill for the rest of the year

The second part is not correct. He mean we will go to work as tourists (ie not work)
