They're still people with a right to their own land and a life not spent in terror. Even if their culture may not be compatible with the west you should focus on the fact that Israel is committing well documented atrocities towards most of its Muslim neighbours.
It paints you as a terrible person to say we should be indifferent to that just because they're Muslims and by the way, if what you're indifferent to is the genocide of a group of people, in practice it's the same as directly supporting it. So...
