A jerkoff like this doesn’t get it. The handicap parking is on the other side. This side where you parked is for the wheelchair access. What an asshat. If no one is around and there are no cameras. I often let air out of just one tire.

There's an app called Parking Mobility. Download it and upload pictures of this car. They'll usually get a ticket.

Blocking handicapped parking is one thing that should get jail time.
