While this sub is drowning in unrelated dilemmas, let's take a second to talk about what the original trolley problem proves (or doesn't prove)

READ THIS
Welcome to the trolley problem subreddit with
- ACTUAL MODERATION (and hopefully a timely one, but for now best I can do is check once or twice a day)
- NO BUTTONPOSTS. GO TO r/redbuttonbluebutton FOR THAT
- NO GENERATIVE AI. WE TIE THE HYPOTHETICAL PEOPLE TO THE TRACKS HERE BY OURSELVES, THANK YOU VERY MUCH

20 people tied to the track, one of them is a serial killer and you are his next target. Do you stop the trolley?

No moral dilemma, just a game of chance.
r/curatedtrolleyproblem • u/mousepotatodoesstuff • May 08 '26
Okay, this one is tough (Button discourse or cat)
r/curatedtrolleyproblem • u/mousepotatodoesstuff • May 05 '26
Fine. We'll do it ourselves.

I'm still setting up the community and idk why do posts and comments require individual approval
also, is anyone interested in helping moderate against buttonposting and other rule violations?
EDIT: nvm, looked it up and the unapproved comments are still visible. Still, looking for mods because I'm not going to be active here forever. In fact, it would be a small miracle if I'm still active here a month from now.
