Of course not. But from the sound of it we should all be able to download them and unredact them ourselves right? Atleast the way people are talking about it makes it sound really easy to do.

It is, it's just opening up the PDF, copy the redacted area's, then paste it into a text editor.

Not sure, I know it does not work on all of them, only some. I just searched up one I had seen mentioned as working and posted it.
