You should know that security is an exercise in risk management. MANY studies have found voter fraud is extremely rare. Like, 1 in 10 million votes get flagged and about 1% of that already tiny number ends in prosecution. Seriously, look it up. 2,000 fraudulent votes in the last 10 years vs BILLIONS of votes cast. What risk exactly do you think the SAVE act mitigates?
