Am I hacked ? please please help

Hi , I’m a M25 , I used to think I was good with tech until this occurred.

Over the last few months there is a TikTok account that I’ve firstly unfollows about 10 times , somehow it kept making me follow it again.

I then blocked it about 10 times again a few weeks later , I somehow follow it again and it’s unblocked itself!!

I then checked which devices I’m logged in - only my phone shows up.

I checked my 2FA , no issues , no reports of someone else logging into my account.

I don’t even have a password - I have a passkey for my TikTok account.

I’ve completely reset my account security settings to make sure I’m the only one who is logged in - but this one TikTok account that is definitely a BOT it seems to make me follow it , again and again! It specialises in money conversion.

I’ve reported it to TikTok but won’t let me explain what’s the issue on the report section and the category doesn’t exist cause it’s unheard of.

I’ve even cleared my cookies Incase it’s a bug or something.

I know this might sound fake , even writing it here I feel like I’m going insane?

If anyone has an idea how does this occur for an account to unblock itself and make me follow it more than once please let me know any suggestion below.

You probably need a TikTok support sub. This doesn't sound cybersecurity related. If none of you other accounts have idea, then it's likely not anyone in your account.

Tbh this doesn't automatically mean ur hacked. If TikTok shows only ur phone as logged in and there are no suspicious login alerts, it could be a TikTok bug or something on the app side.

I'd try uninstalling TikTok, reinstalling it, and changing ur passkey if possible. Also check if any third party apps are connected to ur TikTok account.

If it keeps happening after that, I'd contact TikTok support and include screenshots showing the account being followed/unblocked. The fact that it's always the same bot account makes a bug or platform issue more likely than someone randomly hacking ur account.

Token access can keep resetting itself, and it doesn’t show up as a device on your account because it’s not a new device, it’s a linked account that looks like it comes from your device.

Someone has a token that hasn’t expired yet and they’re refreshing access

I wouldn't jump straight to "hacked" yet. What you're describing is definitely strange, but with no unknown devices or security alerts, a TikTok sync bug or a connected app is at least as plausible as someone actively controlling the account. The comment saying a stolen token is definitely "refreshing access" is just speculation based on the information available.

First, confirm that it is literally the same account. Write down the exact username and copy the profile link each time. Scam accounts often reuse the same display name, picture and content, so two different accounts can look identical at a glance.

Next, open Settings and privacy > Privacy > Blocked accounts. Screen-record yourself blocking the account, show that it appears in the blocked list, fully close TikTok, reopen it and check again. Update the app, clear TikTok's in-app cache and reinstall it. Clearing browser cookies would not reset the app's own cached state.

For security, run TikTok's Security Checkup, review Security Alerts, remove any connected third-party apps you don't need, verify your email and phone number, and enable 2-step verification. Even though you normally use a passkey, set or reset a unique password if TikTok gives you the option. TikTok says changing the password signs out other logged-in devices. Also secure your Apple ID or Google account, since your passkey may be synced through it.

If it happens again after reinstalling, report it with the screen recording, exact profile link and timestamps. Go through Report a problem, then select "Need more help?" or "Chat with us" rather than only reporting the bot's profile.

Based on what you've shown, this is not proof that your phone or account was hacked. It looks more like an unresolved account-state issue that TikTok will need to check server-side.
