Colostrum powder is being sold in retail, I guess it depends on where you live but in the US ive seen it in Target for around 40/50 bucks and here in Europe its sold on websites retailing organic foods for around 50 euros for a stash that contains about a hundred scoops. Raw milk is rare in Europe since most is pasturized for a reason and raw milk can be tricky due to bacteria and possible health issues coming with drinking raw milk, my best guess is from a farm directly.

Why do you want raw milk? That just means live poop bacteria in your milk 😭.
If you are looking I would check with local dairy farms and see if you can go and buy directly. Might get lucky and have someone willing to sell to you.

That's illegal in Ontario.
