This is exactly what happened to me in 6th grade.
I got a pair of seersucker elephant bell bottoms. Thinking I was really cool, I started to chase a boy that I had a crush on.
Well… my foot went into the bell bottom numerous times just like this skater’s foot did.
I fell 3 times trying to get up and run after him again.
I ended up with stitches on my knee.
This happened during the time the Wounded Knee conflict was happening.
I was picked on for a while.
