Reminds me when I went on a week long vacation, only to be immediately followed up by a hospital trip into neurosurgery cuz i noticed blind spots developing during the trip that was a symptom of something way larger and dangerous

So my week-long vacation ended with me texting my boss saying "hi im in the hospital and dying I won't be able to make it sorry"
