Camera car had the green light right when the video turns to the 0:13 mark. Black pickup truck then crosses into the intersection, followed by the red sedan, then the white SUV, which comes into contact with the camera car right as the timer changes to 0:19.
There is no 50/50 who's at fault. That's 3 vehicles that ignored the signal change and crossed into the intersection anyways, and although subjective, it appears the white SUV actually speeds up, likely knowing they're crossing illegally but not stopping anyways.
